Saab, where is the future headed

The Swedish Saab (owned by Spyker) is on its 3rd week with closed down factories. the financial plan which is meant to fall in place between the company and íts banks is not yet in place.Workers are being told to stay at home until this is resolved and suppliers can be paid so there can yet again be produced cars from the firms Swedish factory.

One of the hold-ups regarding the financial situation is concerning some of Saab's facilities which they want to sell off to a Russian buyer to raise capital. But the bank does not favor this solution because it is the plan that Saab will then rent back its facilities from the new Russian owner.
I hope that Saab can find a solution to their financial problems and that they can get on with its plans to renew its model range. I think that this company can really produce some brilliant cars now that its free of GM who have just been killing the company slowly which is such a shame.
