Tesla Roaster or Fisker Karma

I know, that the Tesla Roaster is a pure battery car and that the Fisker Karma uses a petrol generator to top up it batteries on the move.
The Tesla Roaster (pictured above is the Roaster S) is a fully electric car powered by batteries, which take 8 hours to charge and can do around 200 Miles on a charge. what else is there to say, ow yeh its has all its ooohp from 0rpm because it is electric so it will go like hell, but other than that i dont believe in solo battery powered cars, it is not suited  for a a car because a car needs to make you limitless and give you the posobility to go where ever you want and you just can do that when you have to take 8 hours breaks to charge your car. not saying it cannot be used on scheduled used vehicles.
Firsker Karma is by a guy called Henrik Fisker, and in joint venture with Quantum technologies. It's first car is called Karma and is a plug in hybrid, this means that it uses electric motors which are driven by the on-board battery, which can be recharged on the move because of the on-board petrol generator which makes the car very versitile and able to cover much greater distances than the all electric car, but you can still recharge the battery at the plug socket at home. The performance will be around the same regarding the 0-62mph (0-100kmh) time, because of it being driven by electric motors.

I think that if we want to try to move away from diesel and petrol, the Fisker Karma is a good alternative. This i mainly because with the Karma if there is advances in a new way of generating energy on the go the petrol motor can be replaced by something else or whatever the technology will come with in the future. Plus this was does not take your driving range away it gives you a larger driving range than a usual car would be able to do due to the battery and generator combo.I know that the Karma is a 4 door rather than the Tesla Roaster, but that just proves my point of not being pratical .Finally i think that the Fisker Karma is the better looking car.
